For 4-Post parking lifts, you will need at least the height of the two cars being parked, plus 10 inches. Length and width vary with manufacturer and customer specifications.
For Commercial applications, you will need a ceiling height, of at least the height of your lift for ceiling clearance (from the bottom of the truss, not the roofline). Agian, length and width vary with manufacturer and customer specifications. In addition, you will also need at least 4" of 3000 p.s.i. concrete for the lift to be anchored
